The WaterLOG® Model H-310 is a submersible pressure transducer that is used for water level monitoring. It is extremely accurate in its measurements and its accuracy exceeds of ±0.01 feet (the US government requirements).

Example Tipping Bucket Rain GaugeThe WaterLOG® H-331 is a dual interface digital shaft encoder that measures water level by monitoring the position of a float and pullet. It has a built-in LCD display with a ‘Push to Read’ button and high-speed encoder circuitry that prevents missing counts due to rapid movement from wave action or sudden movement in freeze/thaw conditions. It is battery powered with low current operation (less than 800 microamps on typical standby), has zero backlash and a sealed enclosure to protect the electronics. It can operate in a temperature range of -40 to +60° C and its dual bearing design comes with special low temperature lubricant. It has 200 counts per revolution for the DSI-12 output, multiple sensors on a three-wire cable and a threaded shaft compatible with mechanical shaft encoder wheels.

The WaterLOG® H-340 is a precision tipping bucket rain gauge, housed in durable extruded aluminium with a one-piece cast base. A magnetic reed bucket tip sensor provides standard switch closure output. It has precision bucket bearings, a removable stainless steel funnel screen, and side windows to allow inspection of the mechanism without removing the cover. It can be used to accurately measure rainfall, monitor storm water run off and in other meterological applications.

WaterLOG ® Sensors

Dual Interface Shaft EncoderThe WaterLOG® H-350-LITE is a NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) traceable pressure reference with accuracy better than 0.02% FSO (Full Scale Output). This unit combines high accuracy and low cost, and the only choice  for replacing mercury manometers. It feaures a SDI-12 sensor, built in temperature compensation, an operating temperature range of -40 to +60° C and the ability to directly interface with Sutron 8004 DCP. The accuracy drift is less than ± 0.05% of FSO per year and its response time is a 16 second measurement sequence.

The WaterLOG® H-330 is a digital shaft encoder that measures water level by monitoring the angular position of a shaft. It is suitable for measuring water levels utilizing a float and pully system, and works with any SDI-12 data recorder. It is battery powered with minimal current drain and low system cost. With magnetic sensing the static sensitivity is minimised and it has multiple sensors on a simple three-wire cable. It also has a sealed precision dual bearing design with special low temperature lubricant, a threaded shaft compatible with older mechanical shaft encoder wheels, no backlash and a built in transient over voltage protection circuitry.
